CHOICE OF LIGHTING TOWERS   

 Lighting towers can be used for various purposes, for example:

 Choosing a lighting tower is based on the following factors:

• Surfaces (in m²) and light intensity (Lumen) desired; from here two other important factors are deduced:

       A : Number and type of projectors and lamps to be used

       B : Height of the telescopic pole to be used

• Required electrical power: the onboard generator, as well as supplying the lamps and the energy to lift the pole, can also supply even more power for other applications.
• Possibility of network supply: in this case the electric switch and control boards provide a network /GE switching, to allow both supply possibilities.
• Continual or emergency use: from which we decide the size of the generator and other secondary components.
• Road or building site transportation: the first case uses a truck which must be approved and registered for road transportation; for the second a slow building-site haulage carrier is sufficient.

Based on these and any other indications given by the client, Teknel designs and produces the most suitable tower for each specific demand – all the while offering quality, reliability and practicality of use.
